Our Approach
We are continuously improving our own knowledge and skill so that we can be of ongoing value to our clients. We understand that all organisations are at a different stage of their evolution and therefore we work in close partnership with our clients and with industry to ensure that the solutions that we provide meets our client's specific needs rather than using a 'one solution fixes all' approach.

Each individual has different training and consulting needs. Therefore whether we are providing courses or consulting services we listen carefully to people and work with them to provide solutions that meet their needs and their organisation's needs. The courses that we provide online have come about as a direct result of people asking for specific information. We will continue to develop courses and provide information that people request.
Organisations differ greatly from each other. They have different purposes, cultures, people, values, histories and so on. Each is at a different stage of growth and development. It is because of these differences that there cannot be one approach or solution to fit all organisations. This is the case even when dealing with individual branches of a larger company. We respect each organisation's individuality and ensure that we understand their make-up, history and needs before embarking on delivering any training or consulting services. In this way we can ensure that we are providing services that meet the exact need of our clients knowing that the only way that we can be successful is if we help our clients to be successful.
Organisations have to operate in a multitude of environments. Apart form its physical location and all that goes with it, organisations have to work in environments which often have to include their head offices, regulatory or other governing bodies and their local and wider competition. Each of these environments can and do exert pressures and influence on the organisation. We take into consideration all of these environments at every stage of our consulting work in order to provide solutions that meet individual organisational needs.
Similar circumstances can impact on organisations in different ways. It is not enough to just to look at the circumstance itself without taking into consideration how those circumstances will affect the organisation in the short and longer term. We provide impact statements when considering all face-to-face training and consulting solutions.
Organisations present problems in a similar way that patients present with problems to a medical doctor. As with medicine, the solutions are dependent on finding the cause of the problem and not treating the symptoms alone. As a part of our consulting services we provide an organisational diagnostic that allows companies to manage situations for the optimum long term value and benefit.
Fit For Purpose
All of our consulting services are designed around the organisation's needs. We do not provide ready-made solutions and try to fit the organisation to that solution. We do however, understand the need for common systems and process across an organisation.
Integrated into Business
Some consultants provide good solutions to the specific area of focus on a stand alone basis but that solution does not always integrate into the business management systems efficiently. This often leads to duplication of effort, duplication of data entry, conflict in reporting the same information in different areas, etc. We design each solution to effectively and efficiently integrate into the day-to-day running of the organisation, allowing a smooth transition and continuous productivity improvement.
The bottom line of any initiative undertaken should be demonstrable, measurable improvement. Our implementation strategy identifies before and after performance and is clearly focused on achieving objectives. These are demonstrable in improved performance, productivity, staff morale and retention, lower operating costs, higher profitability, etc. The improvement can be immediate and apparent or sometimes need to be measured over annual timeframes.
