Code of Ethics
Allsorts Consulting & Training Pty. Ltd. will conduct its business on the following principles:-
- We will act honestly, ethically and with integrity at all times.
- We are committed to being a responsible corporate citizen, fulfilling our legal, moral and ethical obligations to the community in which we operate.
- We will constantly seek to improve the quality of our services, products and operations and will create a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust and sound business judgment.
- We will at all times act within the rule and spirit of the law. We will not tolerate any illegal or unethical conduct on the part of officers, directors, employees or affiliates.
- We understand that the ethical performance of this company is the sum of the ethics of the men and women who work with us, and thus require high standards of personal integrity from everyone involved with the Company.
- We will not allow our personal interests to conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the company, its clients or affiliates. We shall avoid using our relationships to advance our private business or personal interests at the expense of the company, its clients or affiliates.
- We will respect the confidentiality of all confidential information acquired in the course of our duties and not use or disclose such information to third parties without their consent.
- We do not condone the giving of bribes, kickbacks or other similar consideration to any person or organization in order to attract or influence business activity.
- We will not accept gifts, gratuities, fees, bonuses or excessive entertainment, in order to attract or influence business activity, or that is intended to, or likely to act in a manner that may compromise the integrity of the Company.
- We understand that the giving and receiving of gifts or benefits can be a legitimate process without compromising the integrity of the Company. However, we will not give or accept gifts above the value of $150 without documented Company approval.
- We will refrain from gathering competitor intelligence by illegitimate means and refrain from acting on knowledge which has been gathered in such a manner.
- We will seek to avoid exaggerating or disparaging comparisons of the services and competence of our competitors.
- We will seek to provide a balance in our personal lives to ensure our personal life will not interfere with our ability to deliver quality products or services to the company and its clients.
- We will conduct our activities at all times in a manner that prevents harm to the environment or injury to people.
- Finally we will not promise what we cannot deliver, remembering that good ethics is good business
Violation of this Code of Ethics can result in harm to the Company and its customers and will result in discipline, including possible termination of employment or provision of services and products. The degree of discipline relates in part to whether there was a voluntary disclosure of any ethical violation and whether or not the violator cooperated in any subsequent investigation.
Privacy Policy
We understand that privacy is important to you. Therefore, we are committed to complying with the national Privacy Principles (NPPs), which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).
We will collect personal information from you when you enter into an agreement with us or if you purchase one of our products. We use the information that we collect about you to process your sale and to conduct in-house quality control practices relating to our services and products.
Cookies are used as part of our online shopping system. The Cookies are used to keep track of the items purchased within the online shopping system and are only kept within the same session in which you use the online shopping system. They are automatically deleted as soon as you close your browser.
Credit card numbers are not held or stored in any of our systems. Your credit card purchases are processed by secure credit card processing company which may store your credit card number.
During the course of operating our business we may need to disclose personal information to external service providers. If that need arises, we will ensure that those persons:
- comply with the NPPs when they handle personal information about you; and
- are authorised only to use personal information for the purposes specified by the nature of our agreement.
However, there may be circumstances where we will be required to release your account information. We will release account information if we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with State and Commonwealth laws; or
- enforce our user agreements with you and the secure credit card processing company; or
- protect the rights, safety, or property of Allsorts Consulting and Training Pty Ltd or our clients (such as in the case of suspected fraudulent activity).
Otherwise, we:
- will not disclose personal information unless required by law or permitted under the Privacy Act; or
- do not sell, rent or trade personal information about you to or with third parties.
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to seek access to your personal information handled by us. You also have the right to ask us to update or correct your personal information when it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
If you wish to access the personal information that we hold about you, please set out your request in writing, and forward this to our privacy officer. Our privacy policy may change from time to time so please contact us with any queries you may have.
We may choose to communicate with you about changes to our privacy policy by posting notices on this site or additionally by sending e-mails directly to you if you have indicated this is your preferred method of receiving our communication. All electronic communications will comply with any Australian legal requirements concerning the appropriate use of email and anti-spamming laws. If you choose at any time not to receive emails from us or if you no longer wish to receive updates or newsletters, we will remove your name from our mailing list once we have received an email or on line request from you directing us to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, Allsorts Consulting and Training Pty. Ltd ACN 111 041 019, their officers, directors, employees or associates will not be held liable for any disclosure of your personal information to any third party not authorised under this agreement or which was beyond our immediate control.

Our website material consists of content only. Our content is subject to the copyright laws of Australia and is either owned by us or in-licensed by us from our third party suppliers. You must not use, reproduce or modify our content without our express written permission. In particular, you must enter into a licence agreement with us before using any of our content.
We make no warranties or representations about our content or this website. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability, whether direct or indirect, which may arise as a result of your use of this website.

Delivery Policy
Allsorts Consulting and Training Pty. Ltd. delivers its training products purchased over the secure on line credit card facility by way of the following process:-
- User must register with Allsorts Consulting and Training Pty. Ltd. via the online registration process to enable purchasing using the online shopping cart.
- Once the user has placed all required products into the shopping cart, they proceed by clicking on "Check out now"
- The user will be presented with a license agreement which they must read and click on the "I accept" button to confirm acceptance of the license conditions. The default will be a "I do not accept" button in which case they will be unable to proceed.
- Once license conditions have been accepted, the user is taken to a secure online credit facility to enter credit card details. This information is then submitted and provided the user's credit card has been authorized, an email will be sent (normally almost immediately) to the registered user email address, as notified during registration, with a user name and password.
- The purchaser can then log into the Allsorts web page and, after entering the user name and password, can automatically receive a PDF downloadable file(s) of the training products purchased.
- The purchaser has a 48 hour window (from the time the confirmation email is generated) to download the training products in PDF form before becoming locked out. Purchasers will be advised in the confirmation email as well as on line of this requirement to allow the download of purchased material within a 48 hour window.
- In the event that a user has difficulties with this process, Allsorts staff can be contacted by the online enquiry form facility, email, or directly by snail mail or phone and Allsorts staff will assist the purchaser to rectify the problem manually.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the training products and the delivery mechanism, Allsorts does not offer a refund policy. However, in the event of any delivery failure, Allsorts will rectify by manual intervention to ensure delivery of the training products purchased.
Confidentiality Policy
Allsorts Consulting and Training understand that information that we often come into contact with, or have possession of, can be proprietary, confidential or sensitive business information.
This information - whether it is on behalf of our company or any of our clients or affiliates - could include strategic business plans, operating results, marketing strategies, customer lists, personnel records, upcoming acquisitions and divestitures, new investments, manufacturing costs, processes and methods, trade secrets, technical information and drawings, product and market information; and any information marked "confidential" or which a client informs the company is confidential.
Proprietary, confidential and sensitive business information will be treated with sensitivity and discretion and will only be copied or disseminated as required by the Company to complete its services. Appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that such information is strictly safeguarded.
The officers, directors and employees of Allsorts Consulting and Training understand that our business reputation relies on maintaining integrity and professionalism, and that the appropriate protection of confidential information is part of our Ethics and the way we do business.
